Yes, NewHomesMate holds a real estate brokerage license, and as a New Homes Expert you are required to maintain your real estate license under it. We offer a supportive environment, along with the tools and resources needed to thrive in the new construction market.
Are there any fees for leads or transactions?
Absolutely not! We do not charge for leads or any other transaction fees. Your focus should be on helping your clients without worrying about hidden costs.
How do I get paid?
As a New Homes Expert, you’ll benefit from a competitive commission structure that allows for higher splits based on your performance. Our sales incentive program ensures that your hard work is recognized and rewarded.
Is NHM a lead generation tool?
No, NewHomesMate is an online marketplace for new construction homes and a tech-focused brokerage. While we provide leads to our New Homes Experts, our Experts hang their real estate license with us and benefit from a comprehensive support system.
Does NHM provide training?
Yes! Our Market Managers and Regional Sales Leaders are experienced agents with expertise in real estate, sales, and new construction. You’ll also have access to our sales enablement team, who will lead training and provide coaching and feedback on your calls.
How much real estate experience do I need to have to become a New Homes Expert?
We welcome Experts of all experience levels! Even if you've just earned your license, we want to hear from you, as we’ll provide the coaching and support to help you build a strong foundation in real estate!
Is this a full-time position?
New Homes Experts are 1099 contractors with NewHomesMate, though you should be prepared to dedicate 30 - 40 hours per week to working with buyers.
